Here at BDO Auckland we have been busy re-imagining our 2023/4 Intern Programme.

We want to provide our future leaders with a blended learning experience to expedite development and a launchpad for career growth and life-long relationships.

Our new programme will kick off in 2023 and will include a first week of induction and learning, 6 weeks rotation across the business and a final week focussed on a strategic and innovation project.

Digital learning tools, on-the job training, coaching, and mentoring support are all included throughout and a focus on empowering our interns with technology, coaching, flexibility, and trust.

We want everyone to choose to work at BDO and have a realistic and valuable experience of what is like working at BDO Auckland. Understanding what we do, our culture and our values is critical for making the right career decisions.

We have listened to students, and we know ESG and community support is important and have included time to focus on both as part of our 8 week programme.

You must be available to complete an 8-week programme November to February. Applications re-open March 2024.
