EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Tim is a Partner in the Taxation Services division of BDO Auckland's CBD office.
Tim has over 18 years' experience advising on all tax related matters. He has specialist experience advising small to medium enterprises and large multinational corporates. Tim has also forged a strong professional relationships with many private equity firms and is their adviser of choice with respect to many venture capital and capital market transactions.
Tim prides himself in providing bespoke, practical advice that is easy to understand. He frequently advises on major transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, property acquisitions and divestments, corporate restructures, overseas expansions, foreign investments into New Zealand and undertakes tax due diligence. Tim also assists clients with ongoing tax compliance matters including disputes with Inland Revenue.
Tim is also a member of various Boards of Directors.
