EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Bronwen is a tax specialist at BDO Auckland’s CBD office, specialising in corporate tax. Her key focus areas include:
- advising on the tax implications of business expansion including inbound and outbound investments.
- international tax issues such as transfer pricing planning and profit repatriation.
- New Zealand tax issues relating to property transactions, asset protection, Inland Revenue investigations and dispute resolution.
Bronwen started her tax career in a Big Four firm, specialising in New Zealand’s entrepreneur market and overseas multinationals. She then gained UK tax experience in an AIMS listed accountancy firm. This was followed by a role in a boutique tax practice specialising in providing advice to the entertainment and retirement village industries. Bronwen has been with BDO Auckland for over 10 years.
Bronwen’s greatest job satisfaction comes from forming strong relationships with her clients and being able to assist them with their tax issues.
