EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Andrew joined as a Corporate Finance Partner in 2021 following previous senior roles with a mid-market investment bank and PwC (Auckland and Dubai). He has over 15 years’ experience advising private equity and corporate clients on a range of buy side and sell side transactions, capital raising mandates (debt & equity), due diligence, and valuation assignments. He has a particular interest in capital markets where he has advised on a number of IPO’s and direct listings both in NZ, the Middle East and London.
