Debra and Gemma are BDO HR Consultants working with a variety of clients throughout the Tairāwhiti region. 
Deb has been working in the Human Resources space for over 15 years, and over this time has gained strong expertise across all HR functions. Prior to joining BDO Gisborne, Deb has worked in the retail, food processing, wine and horticulture sectors. 
Gemma has been working in the people space over the past 10 years - across industries such as health, horticulture, agriculture and the private sector.
