Chris has over 25 years of experience in providing assurance and accounting advice in New Zealand and the UK. Chris works from our Auckland CBD office.
His client base extends across the technology, education, retail, wholesale, financial services, manufacturing and property industries as well as the Not-for-Profit sector. His clients often have overseas operations and he is experienced both in leading international group audits and reporting to group auditors. He has a hands-on style, ensuring that wherever possible, issues are identified and dealt with in a proactive manner.
Chris focuses predominantly on successful entrepreneurial companies that have strategies for growth, ultimately followed by a sale or flotation. This has given him significant experience dealing with growth-related issues and maximising the value of a business before a transaction. In addition, Chris has previously worked on global accounts which has given him exposure to best practice procedures, controls and corporate governance.
