BDO Cycling Ambassador, Fiona Southorn, awarded NZ Order of Merit

Waipu cyclist and London Paralympics bronze medallist, Fiona Southorn, has been dominating the New Zealand cycling scene for years. Her numerous successes were honoured recently when she was awarded the New Zealand Order of Merit for her contribution to sport in New Zealand, particularly in cycling.
BDO has been proud to support Fiona in her cycling journey and we were delighted to have her join the BDO cycling family back in 2014 when she participated in the BDO Wellington to Auckland Cycle Challenge. Fiona has been a BDO cycling ambassador since then, fully embodying the BDO value of giving back – she has raised a phenomenal $20,000 each year for community charities.
