The finalists of the BDO Mid-Market Transaction of the Year award

The finalists of the BDO Mid-Market Transaction of the Year award have been announced! A brand new category in this year’s INFINZ Awards, the winner of the BDO Mid-Market Transaction of the Year award will be awarded to a merger & acquisition or equity raising involving entities of less than NZ$250 million, and determined by a judging panel selected by INFINZ.

The finalists are:

• EROAD’s acquisition of Coretex
  • Financial Adviser: Canaccord Genuity (Australia) Limited (Lead Manager and Underwriter)
• Sale of a 70% shareholding in Bluelab held by the Jarvis Family and Oriens Capital to Pioneer Capital and NZ Super Fund
  • Lead Financial Adviser: PwC
• Sale of majority stake in Fertility Associates Limited
  • Lead Financial Adviser: Cameron Partners
